Am I readingTSX Money Corectly

Am I readingTSX Money CorectlyIf I am reading TSX-Money (money.tsx.com) correctly, this has traded over 6 million shares (25% of the float) which suggests a pretty impressive pump-and-dump if that is indeed accurate.  Some one is making an awful lot of money here.......too bad its not the Canadian retail shareholders who can't even access their shares to sell them.

Thoughts??
