What Next?

What Next?So what do you more experienced traders see happening here if:
- Q2 results are poor
- No substantial projects on their heavy construction business
- No management changes

or

What if there are a few substantial projects?

In short, what would it take for ARF to regain it's previous position?
Will it ever see $20+
Will it ever see $15+
Is $10 all we can hope for or is that a long shot?

For you business analytic types:  What changes need to happen to turn ARF around.  How low down the chain do you go and where do you start with the changes?
Dismantle it and forget trying to be one company without a specific focus?
Change the focus to one primary business?

Anything else you think would be appreciated.  I don't have too much hope for my investment so I'm trying to decide how much of a haircut I can take.
