RE: New CEO's First 90 days?One huge task he must address is the separation of Steel/plastic products from Concrete. When Armtec was profitable it was just Steel and plastic. The belief that concrete products are complimentary to Steel and plastic is just dumb. They are competitive products and they always will be. If I were him (thankfully I am not!) I would sell the Steel and plastic divisions and focus on Concrete. They could use the money to pay down the debt and restore credibility. We'll see!
