RE: Good financials! Gross margin was $27.7 million, an increase of $16.1 million from the $11.6 million in the second quarter of 2011. As a percentage of revenue, gross margin increased to 21.8%, a significant improvement from the 9.4% achieved in the prior year. Year to date, gross margin was $37.0 million, an increase of $20.5 million from the $16.5 million in the same period in 2011. As a percentage of revenue, gross margin increased to 17.6%, compared to the 8.3% achieved in 2011;
- EBITDA1 was $18.1 million compared to a $3.4 million in the same period in 2011. Year to date, EBITDA was $18.2 million, compared to a loss of
.5 million in 2011; - The Company's ES backlog at the end of June 2012 remains strong at approximately $150.0 million, an increase of approximately $40.0 million over June 2011 levels;
- Cash at June 30, 2012 was $35.9 million despite the seasonal build of inventory and ramp up of ES projects moving from backlog to production
