Even at 3 dollars that is not going to help alot of people.  Perhaps insiders who bought shares on the cheap and Brookfield.  Lots of seniors' here with long memories who really got burned and are still most likely holding their expensive shares.  Alot of sucking up to do before this becomes a market darling again with a nice dividend./ok2
