RE:RE:Many Company's chasing this dealRead the fine print.  Funny Armtec was so good at winning the TTC Spadina bid that they were banned from bidding any other TTC work until the finished.  They are not big hitters at all.  How does Munro Concrete supply the Girders for the YYZ airport sky train and precon can't??  How does Munro get TTC Eglinton when Armtec is doing Spadina.  Armtec is a facade.  Its not a real player in the precast supply market in eastern Canada.  And they have more debt than the real suppliers combined.
