That's a good point. The VP doing the job has very little idea of what Armtec does and its surprising that she has survived the change in regime from Philips to Anderson. After they lost income trust status the position became redundant. There are PR firms and Market Relations firms that could share the little information that comes out. But we've seen this movie before. This unusual January cold weather will hamper production and the same dominoes will fall and Armtec will have no money!
