Hit 'n RunThis car has been out of control for a long time but the same head driver has continually been highly paid. Pay for performance is a completely unknown concept at ARF. Disney recently announced that its CEO had been paid $46.5 million for delivering $7.5 billion in net profit for the most recent year. Approx. 92% of that pay was based on performance; he earned a little over $600 for every million dollars of profit delivered. If ARF's CEO was paid on the same formula he would be writing a cheque to the company instead of taking home hundreds of thousands of dollars. Talk about getting paid for just showing up!
