Rumour has it they have not made plan for the last 2 months. This is sad as summer should be the busiest construction season right? It must have been the dang weather again! It's hard to work when it is hot and dry out. There is doubt about making the next set of covenants. Huber Capital has increase it's stake to 14.2% in September, so they must know something!
