You think the shares are being bought up at 10K to 40K a day, but sell off some too just to keep the price down? Once you have the controlling interest, then get rid of whom ever? Just spit balling here. Why would there be heightened trade? At 40 cents it just takes more shares to make it worth while. The trading day is still on average $10K to $20K the way I see it. Your spit balls and like mine -- just guesses but even with the debt service which is tied to the businesses the market cap is a fraction of the companies book of realestate. Some of the acquisitions do not included the buildings and land. Read Durisol here. The former owners still own the land and buildings.
