Amazing Scott EdmondsIMO it's not a coincidence that Scott Edmonds on the AJX board started buying shares and the company got sold within a year. He did the same with Webtech/BSM and Photon Control. Hopefully he will end up with another TSX small cap. Is that normal that it is not a mandatory share exchange offers? What happens to those who did not tender their shares and those shares are jut worthless?
