Their subscription revenue fell significantly last year from Q4 to Q1. What went wrong? They also had an acquisition in late 2020 that was suppose to increase revenues by $900k that never materialized to anything. It is clear to me that organic growth actually shrunk last year by at least $1m on $6m of revenue in 2020. 

I understand the lockdowns had a big impact on small businesses but they took a big hit last year. Let's see if they can continue the momentum from Q4 last year to Q1 this year. Investors want to see customer retention over the course of an entire year. This is how you build momentum and revenue growth.
