RE:Filing delay60 days (even 45 days) after filing date means beyond 3rd qtr yet no mention of impact on approvals or the terms of the purchase agreement let alone possible size of potential changes. The  review of 'potential credit losses' from prior years' probably has come about because of intense scrutiny related to proposed financings...this is poor management. And releasing on a Sunday?!!
