SimonMed has 147 sites across 11 states and nearly 200 subspecialty-trained radiologists. It is being bought now for about US600MM. No financials
RadNet, Inc. has network of 346 owned and/or operated outpatient imaging centers across what appears to be 7 States. 1st qtr 2021, Revs of $315.3 million, Adjusted EBITDA ( 1) of $45.5 million and Net Income of $9.5 million. Just renewed credit facility with Bclays US725MM (at much better rates that AKU's proposed financing.) Has over US500MM of goodwill and US136MM in receivables. Most Commercial but much higher Medicaid/care revs than AKU. Priced at 9x book at about US33.

Insight Health Services Holdings Corp. has 1,490 total employees across all of its locations and generates $44.93 million in sales but has 9 subs in various elements of health care not just diagnostics'
Tidbit on Alliance. Apparently Tahoe (China based parent of Thaihot)) was thinking of selling year ago for up to US400MM.It seems they paid just $75MM years ago for 49% interest they did not own. Figures from Thaihot show it has 2,450 total employees across all of its locations and generates $505MM in sales so presume proforma sales in $570MM range.
