It's hard to explain but at least it is going in the proper direction. (1) Short cancer is decreasing; (2) Stock has been pumped in over-drive. After all, this thing was punched, stabbed, shot and kicked into the ditch and left for dead. Technicals alone screamed "buy" but even today there is no resolution with respect to its problem investments. Perhaps soon there will be.
