What needs to happen - IMO

What needs to happen - IMO I did an analysis this afternoon and there are 7 factors that I think move us up to $25 - $30. There is a lot of them but if some or all of these things happen I think we will be rewarded:

- Add another big new partner (CEO mentioned on BNN they have some good deals on the table)
- Add a handful of smaller partners (Small CAP div growing)
- Increase attainable revenue to $110+ million (currently aprox 90M)
- Favourable SM lawsuit resolution
- Kimco restart distribution Q4 (on track for this)
- Raise dividend (Again, it was referenced but it will be tough to do)
- No other partner problems

**SEQUEL** all else equal sequel is also a wild card (be it a positive one but also negative from having to replace this type of partner representing 16% of  the revenue stream)

Some of this stuff may be obvious but if we can hit on 80+% of this I think we will be happy in December 2017. If we fail to do this we will drift back to $18 - $20 as people sit on the sidelines.

Thoughts?
