Seems to me that since the legal international dispute started, SM's engineers and CEOs have been arrested (as of september 21st) for corruption and fraud... Maybe Alaris just wants to move on and not be stuck in a fraud scandal, which is understandable. Might be more to lose for Alaris from unethical stuff happening. Righting it right off and forgetting about it might be the way to go. 

FYI these fraud allegations are from way before Alaris actually took part in Group SM.

Group SM seems to be going down fast.

Do you guys know exactly what the international dispute was about anyway? I can't find the info...
