RBC-DI's synthetic DRIP has a synthetic discount ?

I just got my DRIP shares and noticed that they came to me at 18.8895, but the volume-weighted price for Feb/15 was 19.3285. That's a 2.27% discount, but the day's range was wholly above 19 so I don't see how RBC-DI could have bought under 19.

Does anyone know what's happening with this?

TD synthetic DRIP for AD came in at 19.375 for Jan divvy paid in Feb. Not sure what RBC is doing but it should not be lower since AD does not give any discount. Maybe a mix up with the custodian.

Thanks for posting the TD price. Puzzling. Does anyone else here have their shares with RBC-DI? .
