At $18, the stock price will be in the vicinity of the Nov 2016 and 2017 lows.  Easily doable. $18, correction to $17, then onwards and upwards to $20, which would correspond to a div yield of 8.10%.

Don't understand what is this $2 rally based on ? Why do you think this stock will move now ? there has to be more capital deployment news for this train to move. All the gains in the morning were lost today, seems like people are still ready sell away for petty profits.  negativity is slowly subsiding, but this train needs bigger news..  GLTA

You are correct - news on capital deployment will be what moves this stock upwards.  Management gave strong indications that this will be a record year for capital deployment and that several large deals were in the works.  I think now is the time to invest before the major deals are announced and the stock moves up $2 (or more).
