From IR re tax loss reconciliation

Asked AD's IR what the process will be. Got this in response:

You will receive a T slip with a capital loss for your AD common shares as it was a deemed disposition transaction.
The cost on conversion will be $12.19 but that will come in formal confirmation in your T slip received in early 2021.
 
So AD.UN will have a cost basis of $12.19 for the units you receive.
