Hopefully they will announce that the placement has closed at $1.40 and people will stop speculating about a repricing or about a party pulling out of the deal. There seems to be an unusual amount of panic around this security.

Usually there is a four month hold period before the sares can become free trading.


I could be wrong, but I believe 2 Million shares issued at $0.50 became free trading yesterday .... with another 5 million becoming free trading on Jan 15 .....

I got out with a small profit, profitable swing trade, will look for re-entry point once the cheap financing paper is being distributed .....
