News/Concerns

News/ConcernsThe news release still makes me wary of this company because of my existing 2 concerns:
1. Poor management
2. Cashflow concerns (not enough revenue to continue simultaneous operations)

Looking at the news release, it doesn't make sense because of:
1. Interest rate on the debt is significantly higher than market rate
2. Dilution of shares
3. I thought the company had enough money in the bank to continue simultaneous operations

The only way it makes sense is:
1. Attract investors and attention
2. Create partnerships with investment houses to increase stock analyst activity and recommendations; as well as percentage of investment for specific investment firms

At this point, no point in selling my shares at the current price. I still think it will go up, but maybe not as much as we all initially thought. And it will take longer to get there as well.
