RE:RE:Bipolar much?VP007HC normally has nothing to do with any business related decision. They are there to watch over regulations. I agree though this is a tough one ...The TRST ALEF "deal" (if ever such a thing is realistic) comes down to majority shareholdesr decision in both companies, IF the last US PO buyers are in, possibly the deal comes through on TRST side, however that woud put a pressure on ALEF shares, lower they get the conversion better for them. Low $ Alef shares are more easy to run up an eventually break even on their investment. 

I think HC will go moderately on TRST though, if they suspend any license that would be for the 5 rooms in cause. The'll let TRST survive and deal with all their issues theselves, it's gonna be a long way.
