I'm not concerned about the writedowns as these are mostly now cash items. Glad they took the hit now on the books for the Fair Value writedown, as next quarter will include their more aggresiive procing strategy that we are seeing in the retail locations, the door to door delivery, etc. 

One of the few companies that is consistently executing, and we are still only a few chapters into the story.
