RE:Boom!To my recollection, I believe that we put $ 12 million in cash and the rest in shares (approximately 6 million shares). It would therefore be a good deal because possibly the missing $ 3.1 million represents the 6 million shares that would be eliminated; plus $ 15.5 million in cash and $ 10 million in Aphria shares, the value of which should increase over the coming months,  representing a profit of approximately $ 13.5 million ...
This is why we will be able to repay the $ 25 million convertible debt due in February without dilution, while having a surplus of at least $ 4.5 million.
