Cause at the conversion price it wouldnt have boded so well for shareholders. This is an obvious sign that they're listening to their shareholders and looking to work for them.

With earnings likely this quarter and next our need for cash is lessened. It was also hinted by Benic in the release that we have entierly unencumbered facilities and no senior secured debt.

The company doesnt need the money at this stage, and with little to no overhanging debt we can be as flexible as we need to be. Plus it saves 2m in interest payments had we kicked the can down the road another year or two. 

I think its smooth sailing from here onwards and there is much excitement in our future with this cleared up.
