RE:RE:RE:RE:WHY "EBITDA" IS SO IMPORTANT ....Is this guy a dummy? Lets see what aleafs EBITDA is for the next two qtrs. Will be one of the best in industry. What you expected them to have great Ebitda earnings when they had only limited production? Production has ramped up huge and interest costs have declined. EBITDA is also important because if they want to get some type of credit aggreement there will be covenants that will require a certain level of EBITDA. Then the can get credit maybe 2% above prime instead if the 8.5% they are paying until next year. You are looking ag about a $2 million annual ssvings in interest costs alone and can only use it as needed. Alternatively we can hope for a price above 1.55 and have the debt converted to shares.
