RE:RE:Debentures….. Yes 12% secured credit facility with a warrant thrown in. (Fully tapped out). This was the "tell" to offload the unsecured notes a few weeks ago. No complaints - made some good coin on these notes.
Now leave it to the Bay St Rollers to do their thing..... which rarely works out for the smaller private investor. Grab the popcorn and watch the fireworks.

As such it is in the debenture holders best interest to work something out with aleaf or push for a sale of the company. They are likely figuring they are not going to get all of their money back hence the discount on the debentures. So what do they do? Either extend terms or negotiate a lower conversion price if they see a good path forward for higher share prices either via improved operational performance or acquisition. Germany legalization and EU GMP will go a long way in helping improve prospects.
