It states his total salary as of November 21, 2020 is CDN $ 222, 319. There is a huge difference between total compensation and salary.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Aleafia Health Inc, the total compensation of Mr Rossi at Aleafia Health Inc is CAD$193,000. The way this thread has been posted tells me myfistyourbutt is a short trying to paint the wrong picture. Learn to tell the entire story straight.

These opt based payments seem very high for a company that is not making profit? Or am I mistaken? So me investing in this firm is to pay for executive options, rather than enhance product marketing?

To find their intrinsic value you'd need to know what the S/P was when issued and what the options were issued at. Fairly common for startups to retain talent without using actual cash. And from what I remember most options are offered were above market price. So the value was actual negative. (Sure they'd vest over years. But it's common place to allow 10% of total float to be out ...more

I'm worrying why the stock is not accelerating yet, and is instead down 33% on the year and on a downward trend. In my opinion, the executives of this company have mismanaged the firm. Not to say it can't go up, but I don't think it is done going down yet.
