the real world - is current liabilities cannot be paid and stock is worthless.  A recapitalization ensues wiping out the existing shareholders.  Debt holders are issued new equity in the company. the only hope for existing shareholders is a buyout before that materialises. that's the real world.

rad explain; according to the balance sheet the current assets will pay total debt. Debt holders will get what they secured the rest will get nothing. So what would you care anyway you have no stake in AH why are you here? You really talk nonsense.

my pleasure!  Current assets don't pay total debt...... not my job to teach book keeping.  I believe the concern is the pending current liabilities. The 10 million secured facility was at 12%.  It comes due in August. This should give an astute, insightful investor such as yourself an idea of the reluctance to lend this company money. the debenture maturation is June.   ...more

their current assets are 69Mil converted to cash in one fiscal year that is what current assets are. They are a going concern not in dire straits. All the debt will be paid on time; but you never answered why are you here you have no vested interest in this company unless you were shorting yesterday.
