If ALEAFIA can show themselves to be cash flow positive

and in less need of a large amount of debt financing it would be beneficial to all concerned for the debenture holders to aggree to a lower conversion price.  Pull out $3 million in interest charges convert the debt holders at .40 and have the possibility presented to them of possible sale company at levels higher than that.  It is in their interest now to see Aleafia become profitable not driven into the ground that some here would suggest.  They have the possibility of doing that sooner than many of the others because the others have oversized operations, significant debt, huge employee counts, etc...  Things could get much better for aleafia if there is movement on EU GMP, EU recreational legalizaton etc...  All of this can be held out as a carrot for debt holders as opposed to taking pennies on their dollar otherwise.  No one wins then.  They served their puropse just as the shareholders did who bought from 1-$3 and at .82 etc...  Thats just the reality of selling the sizzle rather than the steak.  Management now has the potentail to actually run a viable company if the manage this properly.

Just to further this. Because clearly all the little minded people cannot see past their sticky keyboard hands. The important people with the big money and vested interest are clearly speaking to each other and making things happen here. As much as little Keyser/Rad would like to shout from his soapbox that they are lining up to 'take' the company. It is VERY rare that any sort of lender ...more

Averaging down is also a great strategy right now.  I'd risk a bit myself if I didn't average down at 60 cents lol.  I'm in deep.  If this hits 60 cents again I'll be happy. I'm either going down in flames at this point or make some back.   I made a bundle in the first round.   Lost all profits on FSD clowns.  Made a bunch with WEED ...more

Averaging down 25 days from default?   Philip - do you not have a charity you can support? Is there no worthy cause you can throw some cash at?

Rad we all know your brain is way beyond default and still sometimes we throw you a bone and let you play with it...

Wow, nail on the head with that one. Always the bridesmade and never the bride. He's the kid at the playground who brings the basketball so the other kids might let him play.  But no matter how many big words he uses, its widely known that he's utterly clueless and simply a little person with little idea's. My gut tells me theres much more to this than meets the eye.

Keyser I couldn't tell who the big holders in both tranches of debt were. (rebought at 60 cents on the dollar, missed the top, but averaged out at 83 cents with gangsta interest last fall - not too shabby for a brain in default). If there is significant overlap between the debenture and secured facility holders, smaller debenture holders may fair quite well. If - like yellow media - there ...more
