More News To Come..Just noticed in the news release on Oct 19 Mr Petke states: 

“In addition to the Botany Centre, Alliance continues to build on other aspects of the business, which will be disclosed over the coming weeks, as we continue to develop our business model to take advantage of the pending legalization both in Canada and the US.  When it happens, we will be ready"

Looks like something else more than the Botany Centre is going to come up. Maybe they finally got a license (just guessing) but looks to be more additional good news.
