You have to buy the thousands of shares for sale at 58 and 59 cents first.

i am thinking that the accredited investors who entered into the 80 cent pp have a stash of previously purchaed shares up for sale near the 60 cent mark in order to force acg into loweriing the pp price or just issuing more shares to reflect the difference.

or  there are just enough shareholders getting tired of waiting as most mj stocks are  down to 70% of their highs..


i did check on sedi as to what the insiders and directors have been doing with their shares.
other than one person selling  few  last november at about the current price there has been no insider sales.. or buys.. they all have a good stash of cheap  options sitting in the system.
