RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hopefullyunless they have their building permit ,, land purchase issues solved, waterlines/well complete the building at least ordered and money to pay the builder they will never have it completed by june...
this pp is the 80 cent pp that was announced before everything went south..so they settled at 30 cents which is only fair to the purchasers.


Hopefully   they can find all the money they hve committed themselves to..  probably close to 20,million by now..  This pp does not come close to what they will have to do..  


At least there was no large insider dumping when they had the chance. .  (wish i had done so though)
