Likely scenario is the participant (s) in the financing may not want to show their hands at this point. Check prior financings on AZX. Agnico Eagle a key neighbour who now owns around 10 % of  AZX  did the exact same thing at a 20c level when the AZX stock was about 1/2 that late last Fall. We're dealing with pennies here ( very small in the likely scheme of things) and let's just say neighbours tend to help one another especially when there is a vested interest to do so. Agnico notebly along with IAM (also AZX owner) have adopted plans to grow thru acquisition as contrasted to the majority of majors who prefer focusing soley on the cost cutting aspect at this point. IMO the latter group are making a fundamental mistake as the supply of gold continues to tighten. In the meantime, AZX quietly goes about adding to what is becoming a significant base of very attractive reserves.
