Outside bottom low, inside high and close. Sp closed marginally higher. Volume a bit above daily average. Most of day's trading near the highs. Many st indicators remain in a bullish zig-zag pattern at upper levels. Absence of sellers relative to friday's high volume -- buyers are staying put.
Today's azx short report indicated a significant uptick in short-traded volume for the 2-week period that ended on friday. But even with this increase, short traded volume only amounted to 5.7% of the total azx traded volume since dec 1st. Everything's relative, folks.
Bottom-Line:
What happens tomorrow with alxdf? From my perspective the odds would favour we churn around today's perimeter, testing the low and high with a possible intra-day fake-out. I suspect volume will stairstep lower again. The wild card continues to be when we hear about the 40 remaining holes.
So we'll see what happens. Nice to see us in a higher trading box. Stand your ground. Jmvho.
