Has anything with AZX/ALXDF materially changed since that purchase?  A concern of mine was that Eric Owens inflated the resource estimates which may affect the overall value of the properties.  If that purchase was based off of Owens' inflated info I doubt we see that price again.  As a shareholder I would love that, but I'm also trying to stay grounded.  Another offer or two and I'll be in the green for once in my life.
