Why is AMC one of the Most Shorted Stock?

Why is AMC one of the Most Shorted Stock? Why isn't anyone asking and answering this question?  i'm an investor and am very curious here.
if you look @ a 5 year, of 10 year average on this play, isn't $12.00/share the norm?  sure, we had a spike a year ago, but what's the more realistic value in share price?
$72.00 or $12.00, or where we are now @ $10.37?

hey, i'm in, I own.  but what's the reality?
no-one posts on this board other than Youtubers and Franken etc...
