It also focuses on advancing its Falchani Hard-rock Lithium Project and Macusani Uranium Project in southeastern Peru. The Company’s projects include Tonopah Claystone Claims (TLC) Lithium Project, Falchani Lithium Project, and Macusani Uranium Project. The TLC Lithium Project is located near the regional hub and county seat in the town of Tonopah, Nevada. The TLC Lithium Project claims are located approximately six miles northwest of Tonopah. The Macusani Uranium Project is located in the Province of Carabaya, Department of Puno in southeastern Peru.

I think this all part of the process to spin off new company ….dealing with uranium. I think existing shareholder will get few shares based of their position in LI. Christams present?
