The ceo has ran several multi million dollar comapanies, they have a data centre already opened in Vancouver, announcing contracts and revenue, doesn't seem like a pump and dump, looks like the investors that were in shell at .10 or a couple big investors with cheap shares dumped and now this has leveled off. Looking at the bussiness they Are in I don't see a down side.
