RE:Insiders selling at .25 to buy .235 shares is a crime no?they are selling 3.626 millions share at 0.25$ to buy 4 millions at 0.2375$ it's an nearly equivalent. Management are betting that the market will support them and help them aquire Cloud-A since they can't get the PP they wanted . So the ball is in the camp of the retail investor but the insiders do get nice warrant which is annoying to me.
