Hello Juan, thank you very much for your valuable information!

With this background knowledge, we are still not free for a spinout ;-( that's annoying, I hope the judges really reject it directly... but I'm beginning to fear that there will be another hearing. I'm not sure whether the spinout could be carried out in an ongoing procedure? all amli ever says is that they are looking for a suitable partner -> i understand that, in view of the possible lithium mining, they need a reliable partner for the uranium project who doesn't bring unrest to peru but pulls together and, at best, builds up further esg efforts together so that the population in peru stands behind both projects.
