Possible Resurrection of Britishvolt

According to the following news article, an Australian firm, Recharge Industries, is making a bid for the remains of Britishvolt, which recently went into receivership:

Recharge Industries launches takeover bid for Britishvolt Gigafactory (Innovation News Network)

The article states that Recharge Industries has a partnership with US battery firm C4V, which is the same firm that tested and qualified RecycLiCo's precursor cathode material last year. Here is a link to the Oct 6, 2022 news release:

RecycLiCo and C4V Produce Battery Cells from Recycled-Upcycled Lithium-ion Battery Waste (Accesswire)

Wouldn't it be something if RecycLiCo's relationship with C4V eventually leads to business opportunities with some of C4V's battery manufacturing partners like Recharge. Think of the possibilities!
