Class action

I am an owner of Endeavour Mining shares , and just today Garth Myers of Kalloghlian Myers solicited on the EDV Stockhouse forum for a class action he wants to get going against Endeavour , on behalf of the shareholders for whatever reason.  You don't want to know my opinion of these lawyers, but I am really curious about what happened when he tried something similar against Ivanhoe a little while ago. Can't find anything, could someone please enlighten me what the result was for Ivanhoe.  I see the share price is rising nicely so didn't seem to impact that.
I am suggesting that all the investors who have been hurt by the antics of this Kalloghlian Myers bunch do a class action against them.  Seems many of their attempted actions were frivolous, but nevertheless can be damaging to share holder value.
