Thanks L, great post as usual! My view is that this summer's pull back will be mitigated by the growth of the housing industry in the US.....in fact ANS may be poised to go up quite a bit from here if my interpretation of the chart is right - I am not a chart watcher but the chart does seem to indicate either a sharp move up to continue its trend of higher highs and higher lows or ANS could drop below current levels and break its trend.....anyone have any views on this? All imho.....
