Merging ANS and NBD
Merging ANS and NBDHard to see why NBD wouldn't take over ANS. Brookfield involved with both, the product is nearly identical. Both Canadian. Should be savings available. I doubt the Govt. would block this as they did the last deal as the US Govt would not be involved. Control of supply would be a benefit as it appears there is just too much OSB being produced.
