Don't understand

The last trade I seen was Rhghts bought at $1.45  After purchasing the right the buyer has to shell out another $1.25 to Exercise or convert to a common share.  Total $2.70    1 common share at market price $2.28

 Am I missing something ?

Each right gives you 1.388 shares
