Bogus Lawsuit against ANV

The law suits against ANV are completely without justification. These lawyers are sucking in the unfortunate shareholders who have lost dearly on the news of the mill being put on hold. I hope these lawyers are not charging for their services because these shareholders have lost enough already. The lawsuits were likely a tool used by the shorters to maximize their profits. We shareholders can make the shorters pay by not selling our shares back to them when they need to cover. Let's make them pay BIG!!!

ANV did not go down in price because of problems with the heap leach pads. The fact that gold dropped in price to a level where building the mill was no longer possible without significant dilution or further financing was the main culprit for the drop in price. If gold flatlines at $1250 for the next 6 years then ANV will barely make enough profit to pay off its $400 million loan. Then the mill will shut down if they can't find profitable ore. Without the mill ANV is dead in the water. It must be built. The decision to delay construction due to low gold prices was the only reason the share price dropped so dramatically.

BreaktheComex, A. No one is paying anything to these ambulance chasers, that's not how these class action suits work. These low lives are just "surfing", looking for a lead plaintiff if at all. I seriously doubt even if they found a lead plaintiff they would bring action. Their case is a joke IMO. Mining is a tough business and management doesn't know from one day to the next ...more

Skys1, I agree.  Gold can not be kept at this low price for long.  Its like keeping an inflated beachball underwater.  ANV will continue to make money for years to come so time is on their side.  I hope they wait for better gold prices and do not sell their souls for a partnership.
