Outstanding in ANYI 3 million shares, outstanding in BANY which owns 26% of ANYI is 7 million shares, backdoor. IMO about 2.5 million of ANYI is currently held in Strong hands. Shareholders of BANY which funded the ANYI startup were awarded shares of ANYI in January. Current share price in BANY is just over $1.06, on the BB. In the event that ANYI shares settle in at say $50.00 dollars a share in the next couple of weeks as all the MM's become involved, the 30 days period expires and retail side heats up. The value of BANY shares would be calculated as follows:
ANYI Market cap 3,000,000.00 * $50.00 = $150,000,000.00 US
VALUE of BANY holding $150,000,000.00 * 26% = $39,000,000.00 US
Value of BANY holdings $39,000,000.00 divided by 7,000,000 BANY shares outstanding = $5.57 US per BANY share.
BANY share value = $5.57 US per share + value of BANY's ongoing business IMO $.50 per share = $6.07 BANY share value.
Current BANY price $1.125
Value when ANYI shares reach $50.00 US level = $6.07
Potential percentage increase in BANY share value = 539%
