BUYOUTS. Question...
How does someone hold large amounts of shares at say, $5.00 without paying alot in relation? DON'T BE BOUGHT OUT!!!!! Being an explorer vs a producer is very different...math would be required and an observation of what other producers produce and their current share price. After building a mine with cash margins much higer than the FS was based on says, no thanks to a buyout. With that said, a continuing falling share price "should", but aparently not,go without saying, benifits the buyer not the seller! JMO.
